Refund policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide. The preparation time for each order may vary between 2 to 4 days. This timeframe may be extended during peak order periods (such as holidays). Once prepared, your order will be shipped via YunExpress. When the package arrives in the destination country, it is transferred to the local postal carrier responsible for the final delivery. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days.

Each order includes the jewelry and protective packaging.

Shipping is free worldwide.

It is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

Exchanges & Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of being worn or that are returned without their original packaging cannot be refunded or credited.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change your item, you must return the product first. Once your return is validated, you will receive a store credit that will allow you to reorder the item you wanted to exchange for.

If you decide to return your item, you can choose how you wish to be compensated.

You have two options:

1.If you choose a refund: the return shipping costs will be at your charge. You may return the item with your own carrier or request a prepaid return label; in that case, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

2. If you choose a store credit (gift card) valid only on azuragems.fr: a prepaid return label will be provided free of charge. The store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and validated.

If your order was damaged during transit, please contact our customer service at support@azuragems.fr with a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 5 business days of receiving your package. After this period, no claims can be considered. Once validated, your order will be replaced and shipped again within 5 business days, and you will receive a new tracking number via email.

If the tracking status shows “delivered to mailbox” but you state that you have not received the package, you will be required to complete a sworn statement of non-receipt. AzuraGems will then resend the package in full.

Refund 

Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This validation process generally takes 2 to 5 business days after the package arrives at our facility.

If you requested a refund, it will be processed immediately after the validation of your return. The funds are usually credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you requested a store credit (gift card), it will be issued within 24 hours following the validation of your return. You will receive your credit by email.
